About

Fierce Females is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that began in 2018. We are dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and empowering the next generations of female leaders by providing an elevated place of learning and networking.

We offer monthly workshops focused on skills development for our community, covering areas such as self-defense, job search training, personal finance, entrepreneurial assistance, and more. These services are usually provided free of charge, with the added aim of highlighting and celebrating the voices and stories of the women in our community. â€‹In addition, we have incorporated extra learning resources onto our website to further assist those who attend our events, ensuring continued support and development.

Fierce Females fosters an environment where women can connect, support each other unconditionally, and thrive together. We invite you to sign up for one of our monthly training workshops to gain the information and resources needed to lead the life you've always dreamt of.

She is Fierce Segment

Our community is filled with incredible stories of transformation, and our "She is Fierce" segment gives them a voice. In these interviews, we shine a spotlight on women who’ve moved from life’s hardest battles to becoming fierce victors, sharing wisdom that will inspire and guide others on their journey.

Monthly Networking Outings

We believe in the power of connection. Each month, we partner with local women-owned businesses to create networking experiences that are fun, empowering, and meaningful. These outings provide chances to build deep, lasting relationships while lifting up fierce entrepreneurs.

Community Outreach

Fierce women don’t just rise alone; we uplift our communities too. We partner with local organizations, lending our fierce energy to community service and supporting missions that matter. Together, we make an impact, because a fierce heart is always ready to give.

Yoni Abreu

FOUNDER

"My passion has always been to help my community in every way possible, which is why my career path originally led me into the Human Resources world in hospitality. I believe that everyone deserves support, even when it’s difficult to ask for it."

Fierce females was founded by Yoni Abreu, who left an abusive relationship and was inspired to support others facing similar challenges. Fierce Females nonprofit offers vital resources and a supportive sisterhood for women during tough times. Our mission is to illuminate paths to success and create lasting change in their lives. Yoni's journey as a single mother fueled the creation of Fierce Females, driven by her desire to provide the support and tools she lacked during her own experience of single parenthood.
